Biography
Eduardo Navarro
With over 25 years of experience in entrepreneurship, private equity, and real estate, Eduardo has launched and scaled 8 companies and participated in more than 250 transactions between private equity deals and real estate operations worth over €4 billion. He is co-founder and Executive Chairman of Urbanitae and Crescenta, and leads Enova Group, the holding company from which he drives his investment and venture building activities. Previously, he was founder, president, and CEO of Sherpa Capital (up to €500M AUM) and has held various prominent roles in the ecosystem (Endeavor Entrepreneur, advisor to SpainCap, guest professor at IESE/IE, and published author).
Nikola Urrutia
Nikola combines international experience and entrepreneurial leadership at the intersection of strategy, operations, and company creation, with a strong focus on execution and impact. He graduated in Business Administration from the University of the Basque Country (Extraordinary Award, top of his class), developed his career at EY between Bilbao, Boston, and San Francisco, and completed an MBA at INSEAD (graduating on the Dean’s List, top 10%) with the excellence scholarship from “la Caixa.” He has been an entrepreneur and CEO, founding a B2B mental health startup, and more recently was the VP of Strategy and Operations at Vivla. He is currently the Director of Strategy at Grupo Enova, where he leads strategic projects and venture building.
Enrique Aleu
Enrique is a professional with over 15 years of experience in complex corporate operations and financial structuring. He has participated in transactions of various kinds including capital, structured financing, refinancing, and joint ventures, with a notable focus on the real estate and hospitality sectors in recent years. Additionally, during his time on the Corporate Finance team at Deloitte, he advised on multiple transactions in sectors such as hospitality, tourism, renewable energies, and media. Enrique holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Pontifical University of Comillas (ICADE). He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the Enova Group.
